Duties

Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, or in-person meetings to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and address any questions or concerns. Demonstrate product or service benefits clearly and persuasively to close sales effectively. Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and client information in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to optimize sales strategies and improve client satisfaction. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals through proactive outreach and negotiation skills. Overcome obstacles to secure and close a sale

Skills

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, with a strong track record of closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong negotiation skills and confidence in handling objections. Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to reaching targets. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
