Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated
Sales & Client Relations Manager
to join our Honolulu-based team full-time. This role is responsible for expanding client accounts, pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
Represent IFSH at client meetings, industry gatherings, and community events
Prepare proposals, quotes, and client presentations
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Track leads, sales activity, and results using CRM tools
Client Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, decision-makers, and vendors
Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and expanded services
Ensure clients consistently receive high-quality service and support
Marketing & Market Insights
Support marketing campaigns and client communications
Assist in creating presentations, promotional materials, and branding content
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and client needs
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic planning
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (facility services or related industries preferred)
Proven track record in developing and maintaining client relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
Experience in B2B or consultative sales preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
