Krause Estate Planning & Elder Law Center is seeking a client-focused sales professional to join our team. The Sales & Client Relations Specialist manages the client intake process from first inquiry through consultation, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you will guide individuals through our services, schedule consultations, and ensure each client receives a five-star experience. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales conversion goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage client intake from initial inquiry through consultation scheduling, providing professional, client-focused first impressions in alignment with the Firm's hospitality standards
Present service offerings clearly and persuasively, addressing client questions and providing appropriate referrals as needed
Meet or exceed established sales conversion benchmarks and client satisfaction targets
Accurately document client information and intake notes to ensure seamless transitions and effective attorney support
Conduct follow-up calls, surveys, and referral nurturing to strengthen client relationships and maintain a consistent five-star client experience
Monitor and report sales activity, conversion rates, and client feedback for performance tracking
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Firm services, pricing structures, and procedures
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure client needs are fully addressed
Contribute to Firm visibility and reputation by participating in community engagement opportunities
REQUIRED QUALITIES, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
2-4 years of experience in sales, client services, or intake coordination
Law office or other professional services experience (preferred)
High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft 365, and standard office technology
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Professional presence with integrity and a client-first mindset
Reliable transportation and ability to commute between Brookfield, Madison, and Oregon
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS FOR FULL-TIME:
This position offers an hourly rate of ~$25 plus quarterly bonuses and performance incentives; total compensation is based on success but is estimated to be between $90,000 to $105,000 annually for a full-time team member.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
For full-time: This is an office-based role that will work in and travel weekly between our offices in Brookfield, Madison, and Oregon, WI.
For part-time: This is an office-based role that will work in Brookfield three days per week.
