Responsibilities



Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, actively seeking new business opportunities. Strong relationships with existing clients while identifying prospects to expand our customer base. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute brand campaigns, promotional events, and product launches that boost visibility and engagement. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and identify areas for growth. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and campaign results to track progress and inform future initiatives. Support the training and development of team members to foster a motivated, knowledgeable sales environment.

Skills



Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with a passion for building lasting relationships. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate brand value propositions. Ability to think creatively while maintaining a focus on achieving measurable results. Excellent organizational skills. A proactive attitude with the motivation to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies is advantageous.
