Duties

Act as the face of the brand by engaging with potential customers in a professional and approachable manner Distribute promotional materials and samples at events, retail outlets, or public spaces Provide information about our products and services, answering questions confidently and accurately Organise and participate in promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the brand's image at all times Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring they are visually appealing Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals

Qualifications

Proven experience or interest in marketing, sales, or customer service roles is desirable Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Bilingual abilities are highly advantageous to engage with diverse customer bases Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from various backgrounds Organised, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team Flexibility to work during weekends or evenings if required A friendly, confident demeanour with a passion for representing brands positively
