Job Responsibilities:
Understand and implement dealership sales process
Manage internet leads in a timely manner in order to generate appointments
Set appointments for potential customers to meet with Sales Associates
Establish relationships with clients, following up via email, text, and phone calls
Contribute to the success of dealership by working professionally with a positive attitude
Collect information and document in the CRM to complete the contact
Assist customers in vehicle selection
Work in a team driven environment to meet goals and monthly targets
Qualifications:
Must have drive, passion and confidence to be successful
Strong computer skills
Strong verbal communication skills and phone etiquette required
Prior Automotive BDC is a Plus
Previous experience using a CRM to manage customer leads is a Plus
Reliable Transportation to work
Self-starter and self-motivator
Professional appearance and work ethic
Excellent writing and typing skills
Valid Drivers license
Bilingual is a Plus
