Pugmire Ford of Carrollton is seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Representative to support our fast-moving sales department. This role is built for someone who operates with urgency, communicates with confidence, and delivers a strong customer experience on every interaction. Responsibilities
Handle all inbound leads with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
Convert incoming sales calls into qualified showroom appointments.
Make
80+ outbound calls per shift
to prospects and existing customers.
Follow up with unsold showroom traffic to recapture opportunities.
Maintain long-term follow-up for retention and future sales growth.
Execute Ford-specific outreach tasks including renewal lists and targeted campaigns.
Keep clean, accurate notes in the CRM to support Sales Managers and Consultants.
Follow all dealership processes and adapt quickly to workflow changes.

Qualifications
Prior BDC or call center experience preferred.
Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
Process-driven, reliable, and self-motivated.
Comfortable with high outbound call volume.
Professional demeanor and a customer-first approach.
