Sales BDC Representatives

to manage inbound calls, respond to online leads, schedule appointments, and support our sales team in a

professional, fast-paced work environment

. Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls, internet leads, and online inquiries Log customer information accurately in CRM Schedule and confirm sales appointments; follow up on no-shows Provide information on vehicles, promotions, and dealership programs Assist walk-in customers and support the sales staff Maintain professional communication and uphold Barkley's service standards Assist with social media responsibilities

Requirements:

Sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to learn quickly; proficient with computers and online tools

Professional appearance and demeanor

Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
