Responsibilities



Achieve new business production goals Prospect and manage client accounts First point of contact, You will establish customer relationships and follow up with customer needs and requests. Work Directly with underwriters to maintain and establish new business Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day. Exceptional phone and customer service skills - positive, persistent and upbeat attitude, ability to develop rapport with customers is a necessity. Must obtain Property and Casualty license within first 90 days of employment, all associated cost reimbursable once complete. Training Available.
