Sales associate/customer service/data entry for a Christmas/Gift Store.

Information regarding hours/schedule:
- Begin working now during the Christmas season to train and help out for the season
- 1 1/2 to 2 days/week at our secondary location inside the Shenandoah Heritage Market beginning around February 2026 (located at 121 Carpenter Ln, Harrisonburg, VA)
- A few days/month at the Christmas/Gift Store during the off-season (after Christmas), increasing as we approach Fall/Christmas (more days may be available beginning early 2026 as we work on our online store).
- During the Christmas season as many as 40 to 50 hours/week
- Rarely any Saturdays/no Sundays during the non-Christmas season
- MUST be available weekends and around holidays from October through December, plus two weeks in January
- Must be able to comfortably use a computer/type/enter data
- Must be able to count cash/change
- Must be willing to jump in and help the team with any task that needs completed each day
- Looking for someone who will stick with the position long-term (not temporary/seasonal)

Responsibilities include talking to/assisting customers with choosing and purchasing items, cashiering, pricing, pulling items from back room for customers, entering data into the computer, and anything else needed to help keep the store operational on a day-to-day basis. Computer skills are required as the point-of-sale system is computerized and we will also be working on data entry for our upcoming online store. This is a fun store that customers love, with a huge selection of unique decor and gifts.
