We are looking for highly independent and motivated people with high sense of standards and a sense of pride in their work. You will not be micromanaged in this position, therefore you must be able to keep yourself busy. If you are someone who requires constant supervision or direction than this is not the position for you.

We are a small privately owned business who cares deeply for the well being of our employees and as such we expect you to give that same care and attention to each of our customers.

As a retail sales representative it will be your duty to provide excellent customer service and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store. We are looking for employees with excellent communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store. You will help identify the customers needs, answer questions about our products and services and provide solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve customer issues and complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will make sure that customers leave our store satisfied.

REPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and direct customers Provide customer feedback to the manager Stay up to date with new products and services, especially vape related products Answer customer questions about specific products and services Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service especially during peak times Maintain the cleanliness of the store ie: dusting, sweeping, reorganizing etc
SKILLS:

Work experience as a retail sales associate, cashier, or similar position Customer service, conflict resolution, deescalation techniques Self motivated capable of working independently Ability to handle high levels of stress Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts Must be able to lift a min of 45 lbs Must be able to stand on feet for the majority of the day
We have an immediate opening at our burien location but are also looking for people for our othello, georgetown, and uw location. Employees MUST have open availability and be able to pass a background check.

We start all of our employees at minimum wage for the training period. After training there will be a short trial period where we will review your job performance and make sure you're a good fit for the company. (30 - 90 days) We encourage you to decide at that time if you would like to continue working for us or move in different direction. If we decide to keep you on, you will receive your first pay raise then. This job offers opportunity for advancement and quick pay raises.

We have openings at our Othello, Federal Way, Georgetown, and Burien. Open availability is preferred, but we are willing to work with your schedule on a case by case basis. We have 2-5 positions available and are looking to hire and train asap.
