Sales Associate (Front Desk) - Orangetheory Fitness

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a friendly, energetic

Sales Associate

to join our team and deliver an exceptional experience to every member and guest. This front-of-house role is the heartbeat of our studio--responsible for welcoming clients, promoting our unique workouts, and driving sales performance. What You'll Do:

Deliver

exceptional customer service

by greeting every guest with energy and enthusiasm. Drive

membership and retail sales

by meeting or exceeding studio sales goals. Conduct

studio tours and introductory sessions

with prospective clients. Build and maintain a strong

referral program

and community relationships. Execute consistent

follow-up

via phone, text, and email with leads and members. Maintain

accurate sales records

and process payments using OTF systems. Keep the

studio clean, organized, and welcoming

by following daily checklists. Participate in

1-2 Orangetheory workouts weekly

to stay connected to the product. Ensure all members are

properly onboarded

using intake forms and fitness agreements. Collaborate closely with the

Fitness Team

to ensure a seamless member experience. Attend all required

team meetings and training sessions

to stay sharp and aligned.

What You Bring:

A

positive, can-do attitude

and a passion for helping others.

1+ year of sales or customer service experience

(fitness or quota-driven sales a plus). Strong

verbal and written communication

skills. Ability to

multitask

and stay organized in a high-energy environment. Proficiency with basic

MS Office programs and POS software

. Interest in

health, fitness, and wellness

(bonus if you're already a fan of OTF!). A flexible schedule - ability to work

evenings, weekends, and holidays

as needed. High School diploma or equivalent required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
