Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, confident Sales Associate to represent a locally owned fitness and wellness facility. This is a commission-based, contract role ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping others take action toward their health and fitness goals.

This role is not a traditional retail or cashier position. Success in this role is driven by communication, follow-up, and results, not hours worked.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective members in person, by phone, and through follow-up conversations Educate potential members on gym offerings, memberships, and programs Build rapport and identify individual fitness goals Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Represent the gym at community events and outreach opportunities when needed Track conversations and outcomes for personal performance improvement

Compensation

Commission-based, performance-driven pay Earnings are based on results, not hours worked The pay range listed reflects estimated earning potential, not guaranteed hourly wages

Ideal Candidate
