Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

-Must be 21+

-Must have current valid Oregon Marijuana Handlers Card

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers in finding products
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process transactions accurately using Flowhub Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of grocery store or food service is a plus
- Familiarity with cannabinoids, terpene effects, and variety of cannabis products available in Oregon a huge plus
