Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and answer any questions customers may have
- Recommend additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register balances
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous experience in technical sales, electronics sales, or wireless sales is preferred
- Proficient in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be fluent in English
