Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, following proper phone etiquette Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing stockroom areas, and conducting regular stock checks Assist in cashiering duties with accuracy, ensuring smooth checkout experiences for customers Promote a positive shopping environment by adhering to store policies and maintaining excellent communication skills

Qualifications

Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers Ability to perform physical tasks such as showing and demonstrating the boats Knowledge of boat preferred Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
