About the Role:


As a Sales Associate & Receptionist, you are the face of The NOW--welcoming guests, creating memorable first impressions, and guiding each guest through their journey of self-care. This dual-role blends hospitality with sales, where you'll manage appointment bookings, promote memberships and enhancements, process payments, and maintain a calm, professional reception area.


Key Responsibility:

Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure Manage phones, appointment bookings, and guest inquiries efficiently Educate guests on services, enhancements, memberships, and pricing Promote and sell memberships, enhancements, and retail products Handle check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and care Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy Support daily boutique operations including opening and closing duties Attend all team meetings and required trainings

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 / hour
