In the Sales Associate role, you will serve as a trusted partner to our customers, helping them manage accounts, explore new services, and find meaningful solutions that support their everyday needs. This Sales Associate position plays a vital part in strengthening relationships, driving sales, and delivering the exceptional experiences AT&T is known for.

As a Sales Associate, you will be the frontline representative of our clients' brand, using your communication skills and customer focus to guide individuals through upgrades, service changes, troubleshooting, and more. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with other teams, contributing to both individual and collective sales goals while helping shape a more effective sales strategy across the organization.

Sales Associate Responsibilities



Serve as the primary customer contact, assisting with account setup, upgrades, service modifications, and issue resolution in person. Actively listen to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions from AT&T's suite of products and services. Collaborate with the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales objectives and support long-term account retention. Maintain accurate account information, ensure compliance with company standards, and share insights to enhance overall sales performance. Build strong product knowledge to confidently communicate new features, service enhancements, and emerging AT&T offerings. Participate in Sales Associate team discussions, training sessions, and ongoing professional development to continuously improve your customer and sales approach.

Sales Associate Qualifications



Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related field is beneficial. Strong communication skills with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage several accounts at once. Team-oriented, dependable, professional, and motivated to achieve strong results. Comfortable adapting within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Work Location: In person
