We are seeking a motivated and reliable
Full Time Sales Associate
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily operations, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about available storage units and services
Process rental agreements and payments
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, storage units, and mail box facilities
Conduct regular facility checks to ensure security and upkeep
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with Facilities Manager and other team members to achieve operational goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
