Duties:
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Train and supervise team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and provide exceptional service
Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
Upsell products to increase sales and meet sales targets
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Manage inventory and restock merchandise as needed
Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to be a team player and have fun
Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
