Job Summary

We are a furniture warehouse store located Roswell, GA . We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of retail sales, and the ability to assist customers with product selections and inquiries. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as well as experience in supervising or leading sales efforts. The Sales Associate will play a key role in maintaining an organized sales floor and promoting our products effectively.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining an organized sales floor Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment Perform retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and transactions Handle phone inquiries professionally using proper phone etiquette Support supervising staff in daily operations when needed Assist with grocery store tasks such as checkout and product placement (if applicable)

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management Ability to perform product demos confidently Experience with merchandising, stocking, and retail math is a plus Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers Supervising experience is desirable but not required Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
