Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you'll be at the heart of our success. You'll focus on hitting and surpassing sales targets, while ensuring unforgettable customer experiences that lead to lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Exceed sales goals and quotas. Proactively engage with customers via warm calls and scheduled appointments. Foster lasting relationships through affiliate programs. Drive positive customer reviews. Manage inventory updates and coordinate with our online call team. Collaborate with management on sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
What We Need From You

Proven sales experience, preferably in retail.

A track record of exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organization and time management.

Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-energy environment.

Availability to work full weekends (part-time options also available).

Spanish language skills are a plus.
