Our

Sales Associates

play a vital role in connecting patients with the treatments they need while strengthening partnerships with healthcare providers. You'll educate providers, support patients through the treatment process, and help expand access to care across the Rio Grande Valley.

Pay Range:

$50,000-$60,000

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Growth:

Master Veterans Administration, Workers' Compensation, Department of Labor, and Personal Injury processes to maximize territory performance. Adapt quickly to change and collaborate with your team to share best practices.

Build Provider Relationships:

Connect with spine surgeons, pain management doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists. Conduct in-depth meetings to uncover needs and identify ideal patients for our innovative programs.

Deliver Patient Care:

Provide front-line support by delivering devices to patients' homes and educating them on proper use. Follow up to ensure progress and satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of related sales experience. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 75 lbs regularly. Willingness to enter patients' homes when required. Must reside in or near the

Rio Grande Valley

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

strongly preferred. Experience with Salesforce, medical equipment, or Workers' Compensation is a plus.
