Port Orchard Ford is looking for a high-energy Automotive Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a personal brand, grow a loyal following, and help customers buy and sell vehicles in a way that's quick, transparent, and less complicated.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating short-form video content (vehicle walkarounds, deliveries, specials, community moments) Building your audience and personal brand across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more Engaging with local businesses, events, and community organizations Helping customers buy and sell vehicles in a transparent, no-pressure way Using video, text, and DMs to follow up with leads Being a visible, trusted face of Port Orchard Ford both online and in the community

No Automotive Experience? That's OK.

Experience in many customer-facing roles translates extremely well, including:
