Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise and ensuring shelves are well-stocked. Assist in product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Supervise and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and sales reporting. Communicate promotions, sales, and product information effectively to customers. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as it enhances customer interaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
