Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping everyday consumers transact via our online marketplace. This is not a standard 9-5 job Monday to Friday. Many of our customers like to speak to us after normal business hours or on weekends. We are looking for candidates who are self sufficient and thrive with a more fluid schedule.

Core Responsibilities

Cold calling - while we provide the leads, a Sales Associate is responsible for contacting customers. CRM management - we have a customized CRM that functions as the hub to store all information on leads, customer conversations, etc. Customer Success - learning what the customer needs and how our marketplace might help Conflict Resolution - despite best efforts, sometimes things get out of sync with customers. We are looking for someone who approaches problems with a can-do attitude and who genuinely helps de-escalate any mishaps. Leveraging data - we have multiple information systems and countless dashboards to help a Sales Associate better perform. Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
