Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our RV dealership sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a keen interest in helping customers find the RV to fit their wants and needs. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in guiding the customer through their shopping experience and purchase.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive shopping environment. Check sales lot inventory at closing to make sure units are properly locked and secure at closing. Participate in semi annual RV shows. Engage with customers to promote sales and upsell products when appropriate. Use of dealership DMS and CMR systems.

Requirements

Previous experience in dealership retail. Must be able to pass a background check to acquire a state of Utah sales license or have an existing active license to be transfered to Parris RV. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and other departments while also demonstrating initiative in individual tasks. Strong follow up skills to keep in close communication with customers through their purchase process. Follow all state and federal mandates to protect customer and dealership information by following all compliance policies and practices.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
