Summary

Responsibilities

Assist customers with pawn transactions, including appraisals and loans

Manage merchandise inventory and display items attractively Maintain accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures Keep the sales floor organized through stocking and merchandising'

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or pawn shop operations

Strong communication skills and bilingual ability preferred Excellent customer service skills Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Ability to demonstrate products effectively Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude'

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 - 35.0 per week
