What You'll Do

As a

Sales Associate

, you'll be at the heart of the Woof Gang experience. Your role is all about building relationships, delivering excellent service, and keeping our store looking its best.

Your responsibilities will include:

Helping pet parents choose the best products and services for their furry friends Answering phones, booking grooming appointments, and managing check-ins/outs Merchandising: stocking, pricing, and creating an inviting store presentation Cash handling and ensuring store safety and cleanliness Working as part of a collaborative, high-energy team

You'll Be Great If You:

Love animals andpeople, and enjoy helping both Have excellent communication and customer service skills Enjoy sales and making product recommendations Are detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Have

previous retail and receptionist experience

Qualifications

1+ year retail or customer service experience (pet industry a plus!) Comfortable handling cash and scheduling appointments Compassionate, motivated, and eager to learn Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
