We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team. Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos and effective communication. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing, discounts, and promotions. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate items. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. 21 year or older. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently to showcase features and benefits. Experience in cash handling procedures is a plus. Bilingual English and Spanish A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
