We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and fashion-forward Optical Sales Associate to join our boutique optometry practice in New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong sense of style, and excels in a patient-focused retail environment.

What You'll Do

Assist patients with frame selection and eyewear choices only, under the supervision of licensed providers Provide general, non-clinical education on eyewear products, lens options, and insurance benefits Deliver a warm, professional, and high-end patient experience Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing optical showroom Support optical operations through accurate order entry and teamwork

Scope of PracticeThis position does not perform optician-licensed duties No measurements, fittings, adjustments, dispensing, or clinical decision-making No contact lens handling, face touching for measurements, or prescription interpretation All clinical and optician-specific tasks are performed by licensed professionals

Who You Are

Outgoing, personable, and confident interacting with patients Fashion-forward with an eye for style and detail Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented Retail or sales experience preferred; optical experience a plus.
