What You'll Do:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
Answer and return phone calls, including providing repair updates
Assist with sales, helping customers find the right solutions
Check in devices for repair
Conduct training sessions with customers
Coordinate projects and follow up on assigned tasks
Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries quickly
On the job training provided.
What We're Looking For:
Previous customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with Apple, Samsung, and Google devices (as a user, not a tech)
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential

Pay starts at $15.05/hour
