We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining the store's overall presentation.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain stock levels by organizing inventory and restocking shelves as needed. Supervise junior staff members when required, providing guidance and support. Employ retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales reporting. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of basic math principles to facilitate cash handling and inventory tasks. Familiarity with stock management processes and retail operations is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
