Base pay : $80/day , $120/reached Sales goal

Locations : Legions Park Farmers market, Coconut Grove Farmers Market , Vizcaya Farmers Market , Miami Springs Farmers Market

Sales Associates Duties:

- Provide an outstanding experience to customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and making purchasing decisions

-Assemble and disassemble displays
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently with both cash and electronic pay
- Maintain a clean and organized display and area
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed. Keep count of inventory
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and attend team meeting.

Skills:

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in [list languages]
- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and change
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy area and manage inventory
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Bilingual skills are a plus, particularly in [spanish]
- Experience in sales is preferred but not required
