Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Sales Associate who is passionate about customer service and sales. La Casa de la Colombiana is an upscale faja boutique. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, technical sales experience, be fluent in both Spanish and English, be highly organized, and great with social media as well as creating social media content. Duties: -Greet customers and provide them with excellent customer service -Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs -Process transactions accurately and efficiently -Maintain a clean and organized store environment -Meet or exceed sales goals -Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions. Requirements: -Prior retail sales experience preferred -Excellent communication skills -Strong time management skills -Highly organized with attention to detail.
