Our Sleep Gurus are the heart of the Cheaper Sleeper experience. You'll guide customers to the perfect mattress and sleep setup, help them understand what makes quality rest possible, and make sure every guest leaves with a smile (and probably a nap in their future).

Location: Lincoln/ Indian Villages Shopping Plaza

Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation: $55,000-$75,000+ per year (base + uncapped commission, depending on experience)

What You'll Do

Be the go-to sleep expert for customers, matching them with the perfect mattress and sleep accessories. Create an inviting, engaging in-store experience where every shopper feels comfortable, informed, and confident. Build strong customer relationships--before, during, and after the sale--to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals through product knowledge, positive energy, and genuine care. Keep displays and merchandise neat, organized, and ready to impress. Follow company procedures for sales transactions, cash handling, and opening/closing tasks. Maintain product knowledge through on-the-job learning and training (we'll help you become a true Sleep Guru). Use social media and creative outreach to build awareness of Cheaper Sleeper and your store's promotions. Assist with in-store deliveries and customer pickups when needed (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs). Represent Cheaper Sleeper professionally and enthusiastically at all times.

What We're Looking For

A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for helping people. Strong communication and listening skills. A self-starter who thrives on achieving goals and growing income through performance. Prior sales or customer service experience (mattress, furniture, or retail experience is a plus, but not required). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A reliable, professional, and team-focused work ethic.
