Dance Biz

We are looking for a part time sales associate that is driven to helping customers have the best experience in our store. Sales associates help a customer through the entire shopping process from entering to leaving the store. Sales associates are responsible for being knowledgeable of all store products, addressing customer questions, accurately fitting customers shoes, and maintaining a neat work environment. One should seek to solve problems and achieve great customer service.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer satisfaction through their entire experience Assess customer needs and assist in recommending and fitting the correct products Process purchases through our POS (point of sale) system Learn and be comfortable in our products and how they fit Learn to measure and fit the appropriate dance shoes Cross sells products as needed Maintain a neat and clean work environment Work with co-workers to ensure great customer service and correct information is shared Answer phone calls Put away and organize products
Skills

Prior retail experience is preferred Great interpersonal skills Curious and driven to learn more Navigating and using our POS system efficiently Basic math skills Weekend and weekday availability Previous dance experience is required Previous pointe experience is preferred Ability to perform in a quick paced environment
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
