We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at Leaf Life Smoke Shop. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide exceptional customer service, offering guidance and product recommendations

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vape and glass products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories

- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions based on their needs and preferences

- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and regulations

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives

- Handle cash transactions and accurately process payments

- Uphold store policies and procedures, including age verification for tobacco and vaping products

Requirements:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred

- Knowledge and interest in vape and glass products is highly desirable

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math and cash handling skills

- Must be 21 years of age or older (for legal compliance)
