Responsibilities:

Attend scheduled in-home sales appointments with homeowners Present renovation solutions and explain product benefits Build trust and close contracts with homeowners Represent Trust Construction with professionalism and integrity

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle (required for travel to appointments) Previous sales experience (home improvement/renovation sales preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus or any other language beside English

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position. Top performers regularly earn $120k+ annually. The more you close, the more you make -- with no income cap.
