Compensation

$3,200/month guaranteed base

Plus commission

Schedule

Full-time 5-day work week Closed on major holidays
What You'll Do

Work with customers online, on the phone, and on the lot Guide guests through a

simple, transparent buying process

Build trust, not pressure Present vehicles, test drives, and financing options Follow up with leads and past customers Be part of a team that actually helps each other
What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong communication skills Coachable and self-motivated Customer-service or sales experience preferred (not required) Valid driver's license Comfortable with phones, texting, and basic computer systems
