Job Description

We are seeking a sales associate at the Asdzaa Boutique Gallup location. The position will be part-time ranging from 20-40 hours per week, sales associate will be required to help customers in-store with an outgoing fashionable personality, create online content and online sales during scheduled work hours. A love for western fashion, and accessories is a must have to connect with customers in-store and online. Asdzaa Boutique offers the latest western fashionable accessories and with our location we're looking for a vibrant and customer oriented personality to join our team.

Responsibilities

Ability to connect with a variety of customers helping with the western fashion trends to fully assist in ensuring an elevated customer experience. Ability to meet daily sales goals while fully accomplishing the company's goals and missions for customer experience. Ability to understand new mobile phone technologies to ensure ease of shopping experiences online and in-store. Conduct online social media live sales with an outgoing and customer driven attitude to ensure an easy online shopping experience. Ability to create online fashionable content, create a fun and lively shopping environment through social media content! Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash and processing transactions accurately. Utilize basic math skills for sales transactions and inventory management. Communicate effectively with team members and customers, fostering a welcoming environment. Assist in product demonstrations and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction.
