Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: Provide customers with excellent customer service in their purchase of product from one of our locations RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- \xe2\x80\x9cGo the extra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to drive sales
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Cross sell products
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Make calls to manufacturer for questions and special orders
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times
- Process customer purchases on POS system \xe2\x80\x93 be able to process cash, change and credit card purchases
REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
