Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Tire Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the right tires for their vehicles, provide information on tire performance, and recommend additional services. You will work to meet sales targets and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their tire needs based on vehicle type, driving conditions, and budget Provide expert advice on tire brands, types, and benefits Assist customers with tire selection and purchase Explain tire features, pricing, and warranties Upsell and cross-sell additional services and products Handle transactions and ensure accurate billing Maintain a clean and organized display area Stay informed about current tire industry trends and products
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in retail sales, automotive, or tire sales preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of tires and vehicle maintenance a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
