Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate who speaks English and Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate is exceptional with sales, customer service, product knowledge, and effective communication. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance. Offer product knowledge and solutions for a diverse customer base. Process transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register, ensuring efficient cash handling. Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and replenished as needed. Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and change calculations during transactions. Actively promote sales initiatives and encourage upselling of products to meet sales targets. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
*Training, and on-going training, will be provided. No experience is necessary, but the candidate must be willing to learn and apply.

Skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. English and Spanish proficiency with product demonstrations to showcase features effectively. Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers for transaction processing. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction management. Ability to supervise and motivate team members in a retail environment. Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain an orderly workspace. A proactive approach to selling with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
