We're looking for motivated and confident Sales Associates who want to grow in one of the fastest-growing industries. As a Sales Associate, you will meet with homeowners, introduce them to our solar programs, and guide them through the early stages of the sales process. No solar or sales experience is required; we train you. Responsibilities: o Engage with homeowners in person, build rapport, and answer questions o Present solar benefits, incentives, and program details o Assist in qualifying homeowners for solar consultations o Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth process o Attend training sessions to learn sales techniques and solar program basics o Maintain professionalism, consistency, and strong follow-up habits Qualifications: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills o Positive, confident, and coachable o Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face o Self-driven, reliable, and goal-oriented o Sales experience is a plus but not required o Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends About Company: As a veteran-owned company, we assist our community and homeowners in choosing an efficient and affordable solar system that best meets their needs and provides sustainable energy for our community.
