We are seeking a

Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with clients, and thrives in a boutique environment. You'll help clients find what they love, assist with sales both in-store and online, and represent Ellie Belle's brand across multiple touchpoints -- from the boutique floor to social media.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell

designer fashion, bridal, and beauty products

in our boutique and online store Provide warm, personalized service to every client and ensure an exceptional in-store experience Assist with daily boutique operations including merchandising, product presentation, and restocking Respond to

client inquiries

via email and social media with professionalism and attention to detail Engage with followers and promote products through

social media interactions

(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Support client appointments and boutique events as needed Meet or exceed weekly and monthly

sales and engagement goals

Qualifications

Prior

retail sales or customer service experience

(preferably in fashion, bridal, or luxury retail) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for fashion, styling, and providing outstanding service Familiarity with

social media marketing and engagement

Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Available to work

Tuesday through Saturday between 11:00 AM - 6:45 PM

(flexible part-time hours within this range)

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
