As demand continues to rise, we're looking for a Sales Assistant who shares our love for animals, creativity, and exceptional customer service.

Position Overview

The

Sales Assistant

is the first friendly voice our incoming leads hear. Your job is to help potential customers feel excited and confident about working with Cat-Topia. You'll handle new inbound leads, schedule consultations, gather project details, and support customers through the early stages of the design and sales process.

This role is perfect for someone who is artistic, organized, personable, and loves both animals and design.

Key Responsibilities

Call all new incoming leads quickly and warmly to introduce Cat-Topia Schedule sales calls, consultations, and design reviews Help customers feel excited and inspired about their custom catio project Collect necessary project details, photos, and preferences Maintain organized records in CRM and track lead progress Assist the sales team with follow-ups, reminders, and customer nurturing Communicate confidently about Cat-Topia's services and process Support marketing and design efforts by coordinating info between clients and the team Deliver a high-quality, positive customer experience at every step

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
