Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
Provide product information and recommend solutions based on customer needs
Create and process invoices accurately
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records using computer systems
Support day-to-day sales operations
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills (data entry, invoicing, basic software use)
Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
Sales experience is an asset
Knowledge of aquarium products is
preferred
