CPR Cell Phone Repair is a fast?paced, customer?focused repair center specializing in mobile devices, tablets, computers, and accessories. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing honest, transparent solutions for our customers. We're looking for a motivated Sales Associate who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping people solve problems.
As a Sales Associate, you are the face of the store and play a critical role in shaping the customer experience. You will manage the entire front end of the store, assist customers in person and over the phone, maintain inventory, and support the technical team by monitoring trends in repairs and part defects. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to every customer entering the store
Assist customers with sales, service inquiries, and product recommendations
Manage all incoming phone calls and email inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
Restock and manage accessory inventory
Monitor trends in repairs, warranties, and defective parts alongside the lead technician
Balance the cash register and operate the POS system
Handle B2B accounts and maintain organized records
Process email estimate requests
Support the Store Manager with daily operational tasks
Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Achieve sales goals through upselling and closing sales
Understand and communicate store disclaimers and warranty policies
Experience
Experience in retail, customer service, or sales preferred
Ability to oversee multiple tasks and maintain efficient workflow
Strong communication skills--both in person and over the phone
Comfortable learning and using technical terminology
Proficient with POS systems and cash handling
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Experience managing B2B accounts is a plus
