Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and front desk operations. Sales experience highly desired, with a strong focus on organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Greet members in a professional and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service. Ability to go above and beyond for members, making sure they feel valued.
Manage daily front desk operations, including answering and making phone calls, membership inquiries and support, membership sales and retail, member retention and support.
Coordinate with other front desk staff to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
Develop and maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and available.
Handle cash and credit transactions, as well as manage and balance the front desk cash register.
Light administrative support to the front desk, including data entry, and other tasks as needed.

Light household cleaning duties, bathroom, sweeping/mopping, dusting, etc.

Rotating various retail and displays

Experience:

- Previous experience as a front desk staff, customer service, or sales is desired
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Experience with sales, membership based business, and/or the fitness industry a plus

Skills:

- Excellent customer service skills; experience in phone sales/calls.
- Experience in front desk operations or other similar FOH operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills; must be a self starter and be able to problem solve effectively.
- Proficiency in computerized patient management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Other requirements: Must be able to work shifts beginning at 5:00AM, rotating weekend shifts of approximately 4 hours, and willingness or ability to cover/trade occasional evening or weekend shifts. Must have reliable transportation. Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with staff and clients.

Current opening is primarily evening shifts (approximately 4-7pm M-Th). Weekend rotation (Sat/Sun 3-4 hours is a must), occasional daytime coverage availability is ideal.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
